ROLL: Unidad de plegado y calibrado simult\u00e1neo<\/h2>\n

Permite ejecutar diversos tipos de plegados, como plegado en negativo (con \u00e1ngulos de 90\u00b0 a 135\u00b0), abierto (superiores a 90\u00b0), de gran radio manteniendo la tolerancia requerida en el \u00e1ngulo.<\/p>\n

Realiza adem\u00e1s plegados en \u00abZ\u00bb abiertos, doble plegado y similares.<\/p>\n

El sistema puede aplicarse en troqueles o prensas plegadoras.<\/p>\n

Dimensiones y longitudes<\/strong><\/h3>\n

M\u00e1s en detalle, el sistema est\u00e1 compuesto por un rodillo previamente conformado seg\u00fan los requerimientos de la aplicaci\u00f3n. El producto est\u00e1 disponible en dimensiones de \u00d815 mm a \u00d8100 mm y longitudes hasta 800 mm (tambi\u00e9n disponible en versi\u00f3n en pulgadas INCH o m\u00e9trica blanda HYDRIB) y puede plegar chapas de hasta 8 mm de espesor. Est\u00e1 fabricado con materiales muy tenaces y resistentes al desgaste y compresi\u00f3n, templados y tratados superficialmente para reducir la fricci\u00f3n y aumentar la vida \u00fatil.<\/p>\n

Versatilidad en regulaci\u00f3n del plegado<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Uno de los puntos fuertes de las Unidades de plegado a rodillos Newstark es la m\u00e1xima versatilidad en la regulaci\u00f3n del plegado. Gracias al distancial de regulaci\u00f3n situado en la parte inferior de la unidad, es posible regular el \u00e1ngulo de plegado hasta +\/- 5\u00b0. Esto permite obtener resultados uniformes y precisos, incluso en el mecanizado de materiales muy tenaces con importantes retornos el\u00e1sticos, reduciendo dr\u00e1sticamente los tiempos de puesta a punto del troquel. Para el plegado de materiales muy tenaces utilizados en el sector automovil\u00edstico como DP800\/1000\/1200, la plegadora a rodillos es la soluci\u00f3n \u00f3ptima.<\/p>\n
